Samantha Macpherson
Head of High Performance
samantha.macpherson@lacrosse.com.auSamantha brings a wealth of experience, having most recently served as General Manager of the Perth Lynxin the WNBL, where she led high performance and was accountable for program budgeting, athlete contracts, team culture and staff management. Prior to that, she worked with Hockey Australia as High-Performance Unit Coordinator for the Tokyo 2020 Olympics, managing athlete performance.
Samantha’s leadership, strategic vision, and experience with high-performance sport in a variety of settings will play a key role in shaping the future success of our national programs as we prepare for the next Olympic cycle. -
Glenn Morley
Technical Lead
glenn.morley@lacrosse.com.auGlenn brings deep coaching expertise, a sharp eye for talent, and an unwavering drive to elevate lacrosse in Australia across all formats.
Glenn will be tasked with leading the Australian talent and development space, liaising closely with the two Sixes head coaches to assist in the rapid development of our athletes in the lead-up to the LA2028 games.
Additionally, he will be seeking hidden talent and developing our next generation of coaches across all three disciplines.
Glenn has a strong history with our National teams, most recently serving as the assistant coach with the men’s team, and we’re incredibly excited to see the energy and vision Glenn will bring as we charge towards LA2028 and beyond.

Sean Baker
Performance Support Manager
sean.baker@lacrosse.com.auSean will oversee the physical preparation and injury management for all of the disciplines extending through the pathway to ensure that Australian lacrosse athletes are in the best shape possible to perform.
Sean brings a rare combination of energy, expertise, and a deep understanding of what it takes to prepare elite athletes, backed by years of hands-on experience with our high performance teams and his own thriving sports hub.
We’re excited to have Sean step into this expanded role as we continue to raise the bar on athlete performance nationally.

Growth Coordinator
growthcoordinator@lacrosse.com.auCoordinates and administers the delivery and development of Quick Stix, lacrosse’s National recruitment program, within the Sporting School Program and at the grass roots level. Damien also looks after other growth areas including development of lacrosse in schools and universities.
