This Australian Sport Commission (ASC) course is embedded into our Coaching Framework. Coaches wishing to gain Club or Talent Coach Accreditation will need to complete this training.

This Australian Sport Commission (ASC) course provides information for coaches and support staff to help recognise the symptoms of concussion and understand the best process for treatment and ongoing management of concussion.

It is recommended that coaches complete this course (and take a screen shot of the confirmation of completion page) to ensure the safety of their players. This course will become mandatory for coaches wanting to attend LA Event in 2023 and is part of the Talent Coach Course requirements.

PBTR offers free courses on some of the most important topics in sport, including: child protection, harassment and discrimination and complaint handling. We also offer free online training for Member Protection Information Officers (MPIOs).

By taking these courses you will upgrade your knowledge and skills, which will help to create safer, fairer and more inclusive environments for all people involved in sport.
