An exciting opportunity exists to became part of the next chapter of Australian lacrosse with Lacrosse Australia seeking applications for the role of 𝗚𝗲𝗻𝗲𝗿𝗮𝗹 𝗠𝗮𝗻𝗮𝗴𝗲𝗿 – 𝗢𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀.

This role is highly autonomous and will suit an individual with seasoned experience in the national sporting sector, who is adept at partnering with a volunteer board and small group of employees.

General Manager - Operations

A highly autonomous role, the GM - Operations reports to the Lacrosse Australia Board via the Chair.

This role will suit an individual with seasoned experience in the national sporting sector, who is adept at partnering with a volunteer board and small group of employees.

The GM - Operations will take ownership of:

  • Stakeholder management and communications with Member Associations across states

  • Sports Administration, with delivery of competitions & events

  • Marketing, Media and PR

  • Community Programs

  • Governance and Reporting

  • People Management

This role demands a person capable of navigating the nuances of a dynamic environment.
